    1987 K5 Blazer Build

    UPDATED 3/1/11

I finally made a build thread..

Well when i got the Blazer it needed some TLC.
It had peeled off clear coat on the side (it was at a gas station that started blowing oil out,and the acid wash ate off the clear coat) ,it needed a steering box, power steering pump, tail cone for transfer case, leaking transmission, the fiberglass top needed to be painted, the bed liner on the side needed to be redone, the interior was pretty bad (surface rust on floor, bedliner needed to be done in front part of cab, needed to be redone in bed). Theres probably more i just can't remember...
Also has some mods on the TBI

    Specs:
    -350
    -700r4 BUILT
    -208
    -4:11's locked,Yukon Gear and Axle
Heres some on the things I want done to the truck.

[]Fresh black and white paint (paint looks good, but the flat black doesnt look right)
    [x]Repaint grille
    []Fuel Hostages
    []383 Stroker
    []SuperCharger (?)
    [X]Undercoating
[X]Paint the chrome around the grille
[]New dash (anybody got one I can buy that doesn't have any cracks?)
    [X]Reciever Hitch
    [X]Headers
    [X]True Dual Flowmaster 40 Series

A new plan...I'm leaving my Hood Ornamant, and my Sierra Classic badge chrome. I think it will look pretty cool with just the badges chrome. Just a small new plan.

More Updates and pics coming soon!

    Onto the pics..

Heres the truck about a week before I bought it

You made a big improvement over what was before. Looks real mean.

Been cussed out just for being from Arizona, we must be doing something right.

Did you spray the beadliner or brush/roll it on?

Looks like you've done some great work, can't wait to see more!

The previous owner (my freind) did the bedliner, but as you can see in it was all messed up from over the years so i rerolled it with duplicolor to freshen it up.
And thanks! I should have some more pretty soon
