I clicked on this thread because I saw AR build and I'm from Arkansas thinking it was someone building a K5. I then realized what the AR actually meant but then I was glad to see the parts sitting on a computer with a Razorback sticker. Woo Pig. My buddy finished building an AR a few months ago and has the UofA seal etched into it. Turned out real nice.

Where abouts in Arkansas you from? I grew up a little south of Pinebluff in a town called Monticello.

Nice, I know of Monticello. Grew up in Batesville then went to college in Fayetteville and lived there for about 6-7 years then moved to Texas a couple of years ago.

This is a low budget build as well. I'll put up a price list once it's completed. But the end is looking to finish out right at $500. I could've knocked $50 off that if I had went with an Anderson stripped lower.
